I am glad @maggieNYT is taking a digital hygiene break from @Twitter. I think if @twitter took their code of conduct serious they would suspend @realdonaldtrump.

Saddest part of article is this: Follow The New York Times Opinion section on Facebook and Twitter (@NYTopinion). @NYT should have never handed off their community to silos. Instead they should create and curate their own community and then (maybe) syndicate to social silos.

I love what @aaronpk is building with new readers. Think it will be the way for local news to help save the local web.
