So far not happy with @nintendoAmerica onboarding to online. All I heard it was 19.99. Bough account .Doesn’t work for every kid. Now when I try to purchase the family plan I get an error my card is invalid, I have tried three working cards. (https://t.co/qYae9yhRkl)
So I go online to @nintendoamerica online chat, they say, “sure we can resolve your issue but you need to call.” You call the number and they are so busy they tell you to use online chat. WTF, getting walked in circles trying to give them $$
