There's a little hope there, but it also feels like pandering: anything to keep their assessment instrument in the mix; anything to validate assessing things like 'dispositions' in the first place.
Thing is it isn’t a bad framework. Single dimension indicators with a two attributes each… But shouldn’t be considered an assessment tool. More a guidance piece.
