@judell your feed to html parser is close. Just allow search for user, tags, or pub. Then have to UI choice. Add annotation, add text area. On add annotation check box to select annotations from search, on add text area a blank html box. Each type a section. set a 25%,50%, 100vh. Better Storify done. #IndieWeb
have you both seen our CROWDLAAERS update?
marginalsyllab.us/crowdlaaers/
@jgmac1106 That sounds convincing but I’ll some helping unpacking it!
It looks good. Remind us what’s been updated?
did a lot & @fcpcolo should weigh in:
– split Search (now standalone) from application to #MarginalSyllabus
– added tags as filter
– updated table columns to show tags & levels
– individual annotations can be clicked, read in full & linked in-context
– calendar displays better
and also quick quant summaries of total annotations & active participants, days, threads & unique tags
The filtering by tag is not quite ready yet because of the possible multiple values in the tag field in an annotation. Haven’t yet figured out a ‘contains’ or ‘is in’ type search instead of just ‘equals’ that we use for the username or anchor annotation.
But we did add the search by URL param that Jon suggested (thanks for that). But we have to figure out how to pick it up from using WordPress since our Crowdlaaers app is embedded in a WordPress site.
