Wow that is amazing! Glad you are supporting teachers but #OER like all things is material and not the curriculum. Focus on what #OpenScience means as a scholar and encourage students to learn out loud by creating reflective feedback circles. Still it all has to start with PD so you are already focused on hard part.
Reflective feedback of several varieties and modalities is included in the material and suggested processes. We’re doing curriculum professional development, not presenting materials.
